Delivery terms

1. Free collection of goods at our location:

Baldones iela 1, Rīga, LV-1007, Latvija

2. Paid delivery of goods within Latvia and the Baltics with VENIPAK courier (approximate delivery time 1-5 working days, delivery fee according to the courier's tariff)

If you choose to receive the goods with a VENIPAK courier, a representative of the courier service will contact the person indicated as the recipient of the goods and inform them about the delivery time. If the courier cannot reach the recipient or the recipient is not at home, the order will be transferred to the VENIPAK warehouse for storage. In Riga, courier delivery takes place only on working days from 9:00 to 18:00 by prior telephone arrangement. If the delivery is delayed due to an incorrect or unclear address, the buyer who provided the incorrect delivery address is responsible.

The courier will present the goods to the recipient together with a delivery note, which must be signed. Before signing, please check that the packaging and the order are in order. If the packaging or the product is damaged during transport, it will be sent back and we will replace it with a new, undamaged product in undamaged packaging. We do not consider claims about packaging and the quantity of goods that arise later, i.e., after signing.
